Third Startup Weekend in Novi Sad
Startup Weekend is a global event that started in 2007 inUSAand until then it has spread all around the globe. The goal of these events is to only in 54 hours teams work on their ideas and make functional and real business model of them. For the third time Startup Weekend was held in Novi Sad. With 76 participants, there were 10 teams which were competing for the Winner title. Besides the participants, the event was visited by over 200 guests during three days the event lasted.

Zbornik Studentskih Radova

Dobro došli! Pred vama se nalazi prvi Zbornik studentskih radova Nove tehnologije u inženjerstvu i menadžmentu. Studentski radovi koji se nalaze u ovom Zborniku su nastali u okviru predmeta Nove tehnologije u inženjerstvu i menadžmentu koji je izvođen u letnjem semestru školske 2014/15 na master studijama na Departmanu za industrijsko inženjerstvo i menadžment Fakulteta tehničkih nauka, Univerziteta u Novom Sadu.


As part of on-going monitoring of Tempus activities in Serbia, a field monitoring visit took place on the 29th of May, 2015 at the University of Novi Sad. The Director of the National Erasmus+ Office Ms Marija Filipovic-Ozegovic and her colleagues Mr Bojan Stanojlovic and Ms Nemanja Dragicevic met and discussed the progress of activities with representatives of the University of Novi Sad, the Technical College of Applied Studies in Subotica, the Technical College of Applied Studies in Zrenjanin, EESTEC Novi Sad, the Creative Educational Centre, SEEICT, the Vojvodina ICT Cluster, the Business Incubator Novi Sad.

Presentation of iDEAlab project at the open door day event of the University of Zenica

On Thursday, 23 April 2015, the University of Zenica (UNZE) held the Open Door Day. It was an opportunity to host new potential students from the schools of Zenica-Doboj Canton and to present them the University. Approximately 150 high school graduates with their professors came and introduced themselves with faculties, study programs, laboratories and overall capacities of UNZE.

Soft Skills Academy Novi Sad

Soft Skills Academy took place in Novi Sad, Serbia, during May 15-17, 2015. iDEAlab project team was involved in organization and development of this event along the main organizers EESTEC (Electrical Engineering Students’ European Association) Local Committee Novi Sad and many professional consultants, trainers and professors from Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad and University of Novi Sad who are partners on the iDEAlab project as well.
