The fifth workshop at iDEAlab in Novi Sad was “Team work”.

Students were working with Jelena Stanković, who was chosen as the best assistant at Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad. They were talking about different types of people who can affect teams and effectiveness. Together they did a few exercises to learn how to deal with those types of people, and how different attitudes toward the same problem doesn’t necessarily means difficulties during solving them, if we are aware of that.

The six types of people who can be a part of a team are Objective, Creative, Positive, Intuituve and Negative one and person who is Process oriented.
