iDEAlab tenants at the University of Novi Sad attended their second training “Lifecycle of companies” organized within iDEAlab pre-incubation program on June 6, 2016 in iDEAlab.  Participants had an opportunity to learn more about lifecycle of companies, normal and pathological problems and why companies are growing and aging. This training is design for existing entrepreneurs and all others who want to become entrepreneurs. Through practice examples and exercises students had an opportunity to learn the following things: crucial lifecycle phases, how company can predict their problems and be prepared, how to make a difference between normal and pathological company problems and how to transfer knowledge of these insights to their own businesses ideas.
